GUT HEALTH & EMOTIONS It may seem strange to link gut health with emotions, but there is a big reason why the two things are connected.

We've all heard about serotonin, especially since it is one of our ‘happy' hormones along with dopamine. Serotonin is the control switch for the body and brain's neurotransmitters.
